ACC 3001 Intermediate Accounting I Lecture: 4.5 Lab: 0 Practica: 0 Total Credits: 4.5 Intermediate Accounting I is a study of financial accounting and reporting that includes a comprehensive study of accounting theory above the level of basic principles. In-depth analysis of the balance sheet, income statement, statement of cash flows, and revenue recognition is completed. The course also includes a detailed study on accounts receivable, inventory, and noncurrent assets. Considerable emphasis is placed on accounting theory, reinforced by application of this theory to accounting problems and financial analysis.
Prerequisite(s): ACC 1001 with a grade of C or better
