BBA 4931 Generative Artificial Intelligence in Business

This course introduces students to the technologies, applications, and strategic implications of generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) in modern business environments. Students will examine the history and technological foundations of GenAI, distinguish it from other AI approaches, and explore its strategic role in business operations. Students will apply prompt engineering techniques, designing generative workflows, and evaluating AI outputs. Emphasis is placed on ethical and legal considerations, data governance, and organizational strategy to ensure responsible and effective use of GenAI tools.

Prerequisite(s): BBA 3921 and BBA 3941 with a grade of C or better
