LGS 4201 Mediation & Alternative Dispute Resolution Lecture: 4.5 Lab: 0 Practica: 0 Total Credits: 4.5 This course involves the study of procedural and substantive legal principles of alternative forms of dispute resolution. Students will explore procedures such as negotiation, mediation, arbitration, fact finding, and grievance resolution in the both the private and public sectors.
Prerequisite(s): LGS 2101 with a grade of C or better
