PSC 6000 Introduction to Leadership

Lecture: 2 Lab: 0 Practica: 0 Total Credits: 2
This course is designed to provide an introduction to leadership. The course will explore concepts such as different leadership styles and the strengths and weakness of each, recognizing leadership strengths, utilizing those strengths, developing leadership skills, and conflict resolution. Students will assess their leadership traits and learn techniques to better utilize those strengths to improve their leadership skills.
