BBA 4631 Healthcare Marketing and Strategic Planning Lecture: 4.5 Lab: 0 Practica: 0 Total Credits: 4.5 This course provides an examination of strategic planning and marketing in health services organizations. Healthcare clinical services needs to be marketed to numerous internal and external stakeholders including patients, physicians, the community, and the government. The focus will be on elements of market assessment, environmental analysis and strategy development.
