EDU 4082 Effective Teaching Strategies for English Language Learners

The course will provide candidates with practical strategies to create inclusive learning environments and promote the academic success of English Language Learners (ELLs). Candidates will learn how to design and use technology based scaffolded instruction, employ evidence-based teaching approaches, and foster collaboration with colleagues, school personnel, and families through culturally responsive practices and reflective techniques.
Prerequisite(s): Admission to South College Teacher Education Program
