CMJ 5400 Legal Aspects of Criminal Justice Management

Lecture: 4 Lab: 0 Practica: 0 Total Credits: 4
This course will examine legal issues related to the effective management of criminal justice agencies. The topics to be examined include: employment law, labor relations, discrimination, civil liability and vicarious liability. Emphasis will be on current case law and legal decisions which effect criminal justice and other public sector agencies.
