OTD 6150 Theory of Fieldwork I
Lecture: 2 Lab: 0 Practica: 0 Total Credits: 2
This course assists in professional role development and prepares students for their first fieldwork experience. Traditional and emerging occupational therapy practice areas are introduced and intra- and inter-professional relationships vital to practice covered. Emphasis is placed on the OT-OTA partnership, professional conduct, documentation, and the process of procuring and assigning fieldwork placements.
