NSG 5400 Project Management for Healthcare Information Technology

Lecture: 4 Lab: 0 Practica: 0 Total Credits: 4
This course builds upon theories and frameworks that were previously learned and aids in the development and management of informatic projects in the healthcare setting. Students review key project management skills such as communication, team collaboration, risk, time management, budgeting, and performance goal setting. Students continue to develop skills through hands-on software applications when entering and evaluating the project data.
