NSG 5650 Informatics System, Design, Implementation, and Evaluation

This course leads students through the stages of project design, development, implementation, and evaluation building upon previous knowledge and skill sets. Students will learn skills such as how to conduct an initial needs assessment, complete a workflow, identify gaps in practice, and apply clinical content building techniques. Students will then review system implementation techniques and testing fundamentals. This course also immerses students into evaluation processes and procedures to gauge overall user usability heuristics, functionality, ergonomics, and satisfaction.
