MSA 5075 Information Systems & Controls Lecture: 4 Lab: 0 Practica: 0 Total Credits: 4 This graduate-level course is designed to provide comprehensive preparation for the Business Analysis and Reporting (BAR) discipline of the new Certified Public Accounting (CPA) exam. The course focuses on financial reporting, business performance analysis, and the application of data analytics in financial decision-making. Students will learn to interpret complex financial data, assess organizational performance, and apply both U.S. GAAP and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). This course equips students with the analytical skills and technical expertise necessary to excel in business analysis and reporting, both for the CPA exam and in professional practice.
