MSA 5085 Tax Compliance & Planning

This graduate-level course is designed to prepare students for the Tax Compliance and Planning (TCP) discipline of the new Certified Public Accounting (CPA) exam. Emphasizing both compliance and tax strategy, students will explore tax return preparation, tax research, and advanced tax planning techniques to optimize tax outcomes for clients. The course equips students with the technical expertise to excel in Tax Compliance and Planning, both for the CPA exam and in professional practice.
