MSC 6511 Healthcare Promotion in the Community

The overall health of a community has many implications for the healthcare industry, local schools and businesses, and the economics of an area. This course focuses on the objective analysis of community health data incorporating factors, such as social determinants of health, to better understand the communities students hope to impact. Students create a community health promotion program to be implemented in their targeted community.
