Leadership performance within an organization can either make the organization thrive or can directly lead to its failure. This course focuses on different leadership styles including the strengths and weaknesses of each style. Students identify their leadership style to better understand how to utilize their strengths, along with the strengths of others, to optimize an organization’s performance. Communication and conflict resolution techniques are also discussed as they pertain to effective leadership.
