The concentration in healthcare management builds off the foundational business knowledge gained from the Associate in Business Administration degree program and gives the student an additional career option focused on the business of healthcare. The goal of the Associate level concentration in healthcare management is to prepare students for an entry-level position for a career in the growing field of healthcare management.  The concentration consists of only four additional courses, 13.5 quarter hours.  The concentration provides a focused foundation in healthcare content such as healthcare insurance, healthcare delivery systems, and healthcare law.
